Payments:
For all contracted services, an advance payment is required to hold the booking on a confirmed basis. The balance amount can be paid either before your departure from your country or upon arrival in India, but definitely before the commencement of the services. The management reserves the right to decide the amount to be paid as advance payment based on the nature of the service and the time remaining before the service starts.
Additionally, for some cases such as Special Journeys or hotel/resort bookings during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year), full payment is required in advance.

If your travel start date is within 20 days of your tour confirmation date, payment is required via Razorpay or EBS Payment Gateway, as these are faster methods of money transfer.

Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, any hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges imposed by the Government of India will be charged extra.
